MITS Moves to New Headquarters in Seattle’s Columbia Center
New office location in downtown Seattle provides a custom space for company expansion and business events
SEATTLE, WA, February 6, 2007 - MITS®, which has done business in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle since it opened its doors more than 10 years ago, is moving downtown to Columbia Center—Seattle’s tallest building.
On February 17, 2007, MITS will take up residence on the twenty-sixth floor of 701 Fifth Avenue, in Seattle’s central business district. The impressive 76-story office tower is home to numerous businesses including Amazon.com and law firm Heller Ehrman.
"In 2006, our company doubled in size, and our current offices aren’t sufficient to accommodate this growth," Fred Owen, president of MITS, points out. The management team at MITS launched a search in mid-2006 for new office space that would allow for continued expansion, with attractive accommodations, in an easy-to-access location. "We are excited by MITS' new home and look forward to welcoming our customers and partners there in the new year," Owen says.
MITS is asking its customers and partner organizations to update their records with the new address:
